The companies being private, public, Section 08 or OPC who are incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956/2013 have to file their financial and annual return with the Ministry of the Corporate Affairs depicting the fact that they are going concern and they are capable of pursuing business activities. The forms required to be filed are ADT-1, AOC-4 and MGT-7.
